At Triebold Paleontology we strive to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, returns will only be allowed on a case by case basis. If you are dissatisifed with your purchse please contact us via our contact page with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss options.
My package has not arrived.
We're so sorry! Please give it a few days beyond the original shipping estimate and if it has not arrived by then contact your post office to see if they know where the package is. If they cannot help you please
contact us and we will get it sorted out.

This website is owned and operated by Triebold Paleontology. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors real fossils from dinosaurs and other ancient animals. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes, customs fees, and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.

I've been told I have to pay a customs fee to pickup my package. What is this?
Customs fees vary by country and product, and are the responsibility of the puchaser. Check with your local postal service if you need more information on how they work for your country.
